Dr. Julie Kolzet, Ph.D., is a health psychologist with licenses to practice in New York, Florida, and North Carolina. She provides evidence-based treatment, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy to individuals across the lifespan, for a range of mental and behavioral health challenges. Dr. Kolzet has a particular specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and has trained on the fellowship level at the Behavioral Sleep Medicine Program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Kolzet is passionate about advancing mental health care into the future and has undertaken a variety of ventures in pursuit of this goal. In 2019, she consulted for Circady, a digital therapeutics company owned by Healios that was named MedTech Breakthrough’s “Best Sleep Monitoring Solution” in 2019. As a consultant to Circady, she worked with the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer and product development team, providing clinical expertise and assistance in the development of the company’s business plans and strategic partnerships.
